2020-21 Band Registration
What is registration? Registration is a REQUIRED event/series of actions designed to get everyone on the same page and with correct materials for the beginning of the school year. Please complete all 6 steps below.

Please provide student information.
Step 2
Provide Student Forms
1) UIL Marching Band Acknowledgement Form - Everyone needs to complete this
2) Emergency Medical Release Form - Everyone needs to complete this
3) Medical History Form - Everyone needs to complete this
4) Physical Examination Form (Physical is just for new members and anyone who answered "yes" on questions 1-6. on Medical History)
You can access each of the required forms by clicking on them. You will want to complete, then scan and be ready to upload them on the Upload Button below.
Step 3
Confirm that all Charms information is up-to-date.
To log-in to charms, visit https://www.charmsoffice.com/ - click "Login" -> Parents/Students/Members

If you are unable to access your account for some reason (middle school accounts should have transferred), please reach out to Mr. Bown via email or Remind, and he will set an account up for you.
Please ensure that you have provided information in as many areas as possible. Include all parent emails – we use the Charms database to generate our email list for the newsletter.

Volunteer form

We are going to need your help! There are many opportunities to help out. Volunteering is a great way to get to know the band students, band parents and band directors.
Step 6
Pay Band Fees
2020-21 Band Fees:
BRASS & WOODWIND - NEW MEMBER $185 *
BRASS & WOODWIND - RETURNING MEMBER $75
COLOR GUARD - NEW MEMBER $300 *
COLOR GUARD - RETURNING MEMBER $200
PERCUSSION - NEW MEMBER $185 *
PERCUSSION - RETURNING MEMBER $75
*There is a payment plan option available if you want to pay 50% now and 50% in 30 days.
New Member Band Fee will include raincoat, gloves, water bottle, band shirt, band shorts and baseball cap.
Returning Band Members will have a chance to order replacement gear if needed at a later point post-registration (shirt, short, hat, gloves). We should have this process ready next week.

New Member Color Guard fee includes costumes, gloves, show shirt, shoes, water bottle, jazz pants, leggings, jacket, backpack and warm up top. Returning Color Guard member fee includes costume, gloves, show shirt and shoes.
